Hello, my name is Ashley. I live in Texas and I am trying to lose 60 lbs by my wedding and 100 lbs in total. I've lost weight before but I'm having trouble figuring out a way to jump start my diet again. Any suggestions?

This is a good place to start: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants?hl=sexypants0

You have quite the tall order to fill. That's a lot of weight in such a short time but I really do think that you can get close to your goal!
You are close to where I was when I started (294), and mind you, that wasn't very long ago. I would love to help as I am trying to lose for a wedding I'm in, not my own, but equally worried about dress fittings. Feel free to add me, I would love to help!
I started with the low calories diet and now I work out almost everyday. I can get into detail if you would like to know or have questions!
I hope I can help!0 -
This is completely cheating but whenever I fall off the band wagon, I try to jump start myself by going on an all liquid diet. Like every diet, you're going to have people who disagree. I am just saying what works for me. After a week of liquid diet, I don't feel as hungry and I drop a considerable amount of weight. This helps me eat less once I start to eat solid food again. Who knows, it might not work for you but it doesn't hurt (this is also controversial) to try.0

Thanks for the help!!! I know it seems like a lot for a short period of time, but I know i can do it. It was so much easier before, when i was single and working nights. I was reading up on how many calories to eat in a day and from what I read, 1400-1600. It seems like a lot. What would y'all recommend?0
