I started my diet about 8 days ago, calorie counting and such. I usually eat about every 3 hours, small amounts such as cottage cheese and cantaloupe. But the past 2 days, I've seem to not be very hungry. I get the normal feeling I'm hungry, so I eat. But after a couple of bites, I'm full. It doesn't matter what I eat, everything seems to fill me up quick. This morning, I tried to eat malt o meal, I managed to eat 3 tablespoons before I was completely full.
Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

Lots of people experience this when they change their eating pattern. It probably has something to do with changing your meal times, changing your foods, and the excitement/motivation of starting a new plan. For many people, this passes relatively quickly as you get settled into your new plan.
If it continues being an issue, you may want to consider a check-up.0 -
thank you. I'll give it some time. Hopefully it comes around after a few days.0

If you're like me, your appetite will come back and you look back fondly on this period.0
