Ive been on it about 15 weeks but ive had 2 holidays (so didnt lose/gained those weeks) so lost 13 and a half lb all together so close to getting my stone award hopefully i'll get it next time

hi i lost 10lb last time but gained it back:( joined slimming world about 14 weeks ago and lost 11.5lb in total:) not bad really considering ive also been on 2 holidays in that time, im also a picky eater so find it hard to do the diet properly but at least my weight loss is going the right way:).

Chocolate and pancakes really. Also when im at work there's nothing healthy to eat around really that's enjoyable and nothing to cook anything with or warm things up with at work.

there's 2 different types you can get i cant use the ones at the gym they blur my vision and they are so rattly its like being on a bad roller coaster but i have tried one at the sunbed shop to and that was better thats the type i was going to get and when i came off it i felt like i had alot more energy.

my gym has 3 of them also im getting a rowing machine but i work 2 jobs and i also try and have a social life so i don't have alot of time to do much exercise.

God yes my brother actually went into the weights part today and asked if i was going to go in to but i wouldn't because that part always seems to just have men and never women :( i have the same fears as you

I don't like cheese either or Greek yoghurt im a fussy eater :( does protein powder shakes taste like milk shakes? and are they nice im worried i will spend alot of money on this and i will end up not liking it

I'm sometimes the same, what about eating more fruit as snacks? and what i do is if i need to eat more i try and exercise it off before eating it

Do you like things you could do with a friend or something?then you'd feel like you'd need to go to not let the other person down and its more fun to be social it'll not be so boring. Well done i;ve also got myself into a fitness routine i go climbing once or twice a week and same with badminton:) I feel tired but have energy at the same time

greggs sausage rolls also my mum had a really bad tooth so she used to always be wanting to make and eat cakes so i ended up gaining about 3 and a half stone in total :o
