    It's nearly 6pm here on Sunday, the weather is a bit grim...just waiting for a film to download.. "Stand by Me" an oldie, I haven't seen it before.

    I have watched it 100 times at least. I enjoy it a lot.

    9:30 am here....been here since 6:00 am....will be here until 6:30 pm.....sitting in this cave answering phones helping stupid people get through life....someone entertain me...lol

    How was the run?

    It was INTENSE! I had a tempo on the schedule with the middle 8 at a 7:40ish pace. I honestly didn't think I was going to be able to maintain that for that long. Here, hours later, I am still euphoric!
