What would your recommend 5-day workout plan be?
I like to walk, dance WiiFit and do strength training, but i get bored of the same routine and can't remember routines in my head...
Just need something to interest me :)

Hi there.. I have been building up to do 3 mornings in the gym and then mixing things up between using a reebok step and swiss ball, and like you, Wii Fit, Wii Active, Wii Zumba, Wii Sports games.
So Week one I did 4 lots of Reebok Step/Swiss Ball, 1 morning gym, 1 Wii Active session
This week I have done 2 reeboks so far, 2 mornings in the gym/pool and I will try to do 1 more reebok step session tomorrow, Wii active before going into town on Saturday and maybe throw in a more recreational Wii thing (more gamey/dancey) on Sunday and then just alternate to keep yourself interested.

Do you like things you could do with a friend or something?then you'd feel like you'd need to go to not let the other person down and its more fun to be social it'll not be so boring. I have a wii fit but quickly got bored with it. Also as for walking if you dont have a dog borrow a friend or walk some dogs at local animal shelter? it'll give you that feel good feeling while exercising knowing your helping someone out too.
