I'd love to start this week! I did the whole program last Feb / March time and loved it. Then I just slumped during the summer and haven't really got back into anything significant yet so yes Count Me In!

Yay, I love a challenge! Count me in too. I pledge: - no chocolate, biscuits - not drink wine during the week - do some exercise every day. even if it's just a 30 minute stroll. - drink more water.
