This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. The challenges begin on Monday. Lets keep this rolling!

FITNESS CHALLENGE:
Complete 210 Crunches this week. That is an average of 30 Crunches a day.

DIETARY CHALLENGE:
Eat Breakfast Daily. I know this may be an easy challenge for some of you but others do struggle with eating breakfast. Enjoy!

I'm in! I think the breakfast challenge is great, since so many people skip it and it's so important not to! As for me ... I am a southern girl, so it's ingrained in me to "break the fast," and I wake up starving pretty much every morning! My real challenge is eating too many of my calories early in the day -- so I'll challenge myself to stay under 500 calories before lunch.

Ohh, just as I was about to go get breakfast, I check the challenge. Fortunately, I'm on target! Eating breakfast on the days I work early in the morning is never a problem... it's those days that I don't work or work later that I tend to skip.0

Ok, I'm not one who exercises but I'm desperate to do something for my tummy!! I checked out the program and got the app on my phone! I'm in!! My daughter is going to join me too!0

Love this one although I certainly do not have a problem eating breakfast so it may be too easy haha
I already did abs at the gym before I saw this challenge so I'm guessing 40 (which is probably on the low side of what it actually was), I didn't really count today0 -
