Late to the party, but luckily off to a good start. I started the 200 situps program last week (I "tested" into week 3, which makes me soooo happy, what an NSV!). It was silly to start last Monday b/c it was my birthday week, coupled with holiday weekend, so I didn't really do all that well. I restarted again earlier today. I did something different today..... as I am doing both the situp and pushup challenge, I decided to add jogging in place and squats to it and treated it circuit training. That was just about the hardest 15 minutes I ever did, but worth the burn. I'm going to try to keep it up all week. Ok, enough rambling, at long last, here's my stats for the day (I'm in the "breakfast? no problem!" camp, I HAVE to eat breakfast or I'll die)....

I just finished MISSDEEHERE'S ONE WEEK CHALLENGE~FOR SHORT TERM GOALS which focused on individual goals as opposed to team competition but I did find it motivating and met and exceeded my 3 goals for the week.
I am currenlty beginning week 2 of a weight loss team challenge and have done well so far with my weight loss for the first week but I think I need something to challenge me and help me lose weight for week 2 so I am taking this challenge.
The breakfast part won't be too difficult but the crunches are going to kill me, hence why it will be a challenge for me! I can barely do crunches as I have no ab muscles, just flab and crunches often hurt my lower back no matter what I do. So doing a bunch of crunches will for sure be a challenge but I am determined to do this so keep me accountable!

At a bit of a disadvantage because I just found this challenge, and also I haven't done crunches in a LONG, long time. I'm not sure I can do ONE fully, so I may need to modify them a bit. Is that ok? If I go from 0 crunches per YEAR to 30 attempted but incomplete crunches per day? I'm going to say YES, because I am all about progress right now, lol.
