I'm eating legume and grain recipes and they fill me up with little calories, it's actually hard for me to eat my calorie goal (this is from an overeater), I'm nourished and feel great, i recommend looking for recipes like these.

I do my TDEE and I also watch my macros, for strength training, it's important to eat enough protein and to eat enough to feed your muscles. So, I enter my workout as 1 calorie since I'm trying to stick to my TDEE.

me: 9 Binge: 0 I almost felt like I was falling today, but I ate my snacks then went to the gym, that helped me burn the extra calories I ate and balanced out my evening. I have no feelings of shame or guilt! ;-)

My nutritionist said to keep things different, not go too low in calories as the metabolism suffers. She said if you go all out too soon, plateus happen. I'd say to mix things up sp your body stays challenged.
