What would you do about super loud upstairs neighbor?
My upstairs neighbor lives at night, she stomps and slams everything around! What would you do? I kindly spoke with her and the management office, I had to put in a formal complaint as of today to get her to cover the floors in carpets. I kindda feel bad but her loudness is so disturbing!

Morning runners: do you get sleepy in the afternoon?
hi all! I wake up arnd 5am to run from 6-7am, I go to bed by 10pm. I eat small meals, a salad for lunch... at around 2:30 pm (right now) I feel so sleepy! Any tips to survive the office? I'm drinking coffee, but man am I still sleepy! and yawning! lol thanks! M

too much coffee?
hi all I'm wondering if anyone else has the same problem. I drink coffee because I like it and it's low calorie, but I tend to over consume it and makes me feel tired. Anyone have this problem?
