Trying to lose weight....again

I've been on MFP for almost a year, I've learned a lot but still I gotta lose about 20-30 lbs now, I gained about 15lbs this past winter and want to fit into my clothes!
My eating has improved tremendously, my challenge is to stick to my 1,600 cal a day goal, no starchy carbs for dinner, and back to my lifting regimen. I walk 10k and over steps a day thanks to my fitbit's help, so if anyone want to do this together, let;s do it!!
I posted this as a reality check for me!

Hey, I'm doing the 10,000+ steps a day thing too! (topped out at 13,128 so far today... woo!) Feel free to add me0

Why not eat starchy carbs? They don't prevent or slow weight loss in any way. You should simply stick to your calorie and exercise goals. Don't complicate it one bit more then that. Keep you counting and tracking accurate and you won't fail.0

love this Keep It Simple Sweetie
YES! I will join you with setting my goals as 10+K steps a day, eating calorie goal and make healthy choices. I find if I get most of my calories from starchy carbs I am still hungry. So that is why I focus on protein and fat and leave the carbs to take care of themselves.0 -
