lower carb meal plan- join me

hi all!

I'm starting a lower carb meal plan- looking for friends for motivation, support and tip swapping.
I'm following Jorge Cruise's book, The Belly Fat Cure.
I went grocery shopping and prepared a tuna salad, I'm ready!

    I am doing the Dukan Diet. Been starting slow, went off this weekend, but I can see already that the higher protein levels are making me feel more energetic.

    I have been eating hard boiled eggs for snacks.

    HI!
    I packed all my food for the day except dinner. I also boiled eggs for snacks, my plan is great because I can have carbs, but little sugar, so I feel great so far. I really didn't need to modify my diet too much, except for high sugary food such as tons of fruits I had been eating are eliminated, dried fruit is especially high in sugar!

    I am just getting started trying to lose weight and my food plan consists of lower-carb and very little sugar. I'm using this method because I had to eat a strict diabetic diet with each of my pregnancies and I looked and felt great! I also know that I CAN do it since I have done it. I just started this week and it's tough starting out! I switched from soda to water and ice tea.
    I have found that this eating plan was much easier when I was working because I packed my lunch and snacks. Being at home all day (or out running around but not on a schedule) as a SAHM has made this far more difficult than I anticipated. I am considering packing my lunch and snacks like I used to, that way when I get hungry, I can get into what is packed and not just open the fridge and grab whatever looks good. It seems silly to pack my lunch at home but I'm gonna try it!
