NYC Bachelorette party ideas

I know this isn't fitness related, but I'm wondering if any New Yorkers have cool suggestions for a bachelorette evening I'm planning:
Wedding is in September
3 Bridesmaids, we are each gonna throw a small party/event.
We are not looking for the typical but hey, why not have fun? Any ideas?
my ideas:
spa time
boat cruise around Manhattan
dinner/drinks
any ideas?
