I'm 5'5.5", and my goal weight is 152 lbs. I started at 237 lbs. I am currently at 179 lbs. A doctor at a weight loss clinic told me my goal weight should be in the 150 lbs range. If you have a mall or a big store near by, then when it is too cold outside to walk, you can walk around the mall/store. No need to buy anything; just walk around. That is something you can do with your kid, too.

I have done Turbo Jam but not Turbo Fire. From what I hear, Turbo Fire is more energetic than Turbo Jam, but they are both good workouts.
