Here is a thread for day four! You are all doing awesome. Today, I did 30 minutes of Turbo Jam. My goal is to do Turbo Jam 3 times a week and this is my second time this week.

Here is my last year's progress. I'm down from an all time high of 237 lbs. I lost about 60 lbs and then gained back most of it, reaching 230 lbs, due to medication. In Fall of 2014, I started losing again through a medically managed program. Now I am around 173, according to the scale today. My plan now is to keep losing…

Lost 60 pounds this year (with pics)
Here is my progress for the year. I have lost about 60 pounds, starting around 237 lbs and now at around 177 lbs. My goal for the new year is to lose another 20-25 lbs

How to log interval training on a stationary bicycle?
I did a workout this morning of 30 minutes on my stationary bike. The first 5 minutes were warm up. Then, every 4 minutes I would go all out for a minute, then go slower for 3 more minutes. Anyone dance for exercise?
I've recently began taking ballet classes, and it is a fabulous workout. I am drenched in sweat by the end of a 2 hour class, and I can feel every single muscle in my legs screaming.
