Try to monitor yourself and not let yourself get to "depressed". We all can tell the signs of when we are stressing out. It sounds like you need to add some YOU time into your life. I tell my clients to even start with 10 minutes a day (in the grand scheme of things that isnt a long time) and do something nice for yourself…

I have been on this site for about 2 weeks, but I am not new to the "trying to lose weight" club. Have been doing it on and off for years. One thing I have learned that could help is to change up what your eating if you eat the same things all the time. Still eat healthy, good for you foods but incorporate different ones…
