  • Personally, I like to do cardio in the morning. It gives me an energy boost and leaves me feeling more awake and alert than the days I don't do morning cardio.

  • Every day. If I'm not weight training or cardio then it's an "active" rest day. Meaning, I'll go on a hike, take an easy bike ride. Just something to stay active and not sit around all day.

  • A few things don't get logged: -Tea -Coffee -Green veggies like Spinach/Broccoli/Brussel Sprouts. My logging it really just a rough guideline for me and not a bible.

  • Goto iTunes and subscribe to the Tiesto - Clublife Podcast. It has plenty of great upbeat music to get you moving. It's what I listen to when doing cardio or circuit training.
