Calorie deficit to lose weight...
I exercise 4/5 times a week for my health and because I like to be able to eat more!1 -
You don't need to exercise to lose weight, but it can help burn additional calories. As long as you don't then eat more than you burned, then whatever you do will help. I don't suggest comparing yourself to others. Instead, decide what you are capable of doing and commit to do that. Over time, you might find that you can do more or less.0

I'm in maintenance, but I do about 8-12 hours per week depending. I hit the weight room about 2x per week for an hour per and spend the rest of my time cycling...I love riding.

6 days a week. Been doing that for over a year now. Occasionally I will drop to 5 days if my body needs a break but almost always 6 days a week to keep my calorie burn where I want it and to help me build muscle and become more fit.0

I walk 1 or 1-1/2 miles at lunch just about every weekday. I lift 4 days a week. If I can, I ride my bike 2x a week for 1/2 hour.0

Every day. If I'm not weight training or cardio then it's an "active" rest day. Meaning, I'll go on a hike, take an easy bike ride. Just something to stay active and not sit around all day.0

Every day, but I don't do the same thing every time and the intensity varies.
I run 5-6 days a week (Fridays off and sometimes a weekend day if I'm too busy/not feeling it) with 3 longer runs and then 2-3 tempo/interval/recovery type. I run 30-40 miles per week.
Monday-Friday in acceptable weather I have about an hour of roundtrip cycling to and from work (no more than moderate intensity.) I also run or cycle to errands or social events on evenings and weekends whenever I can, although it's not always practical, but my goal is always to walk, run, or bike everywhere except for big grocery shops.
And I try to get a couple strength training sessions in every week as well but that is the one that falls by the wayside if my life gets busy because I don't enjoy it much at all.0 -
I exercise every day unless I'm sick or injured ... I have done since, um ... well, pretty much since I could crawl.0

I go to the gym 4 days a week for strength training and cardio and just recently started taking a class there as well to change things up a bit. I have 3 rest days a week however I still take a walk with the dog and get out and play a bit of soccer with my niece or a trip to the zoo or well anything to keep me active now0
