do slimming belts work and is it worth getting one for the gym?

    They can temporarily reduce your body's water content, but the effect is literally a matter of hours at most, and I think the sweating makes people overestimate their intensity and not work as hard as they would otherwise.

    For real fat loss, I think you'd be better off exercising without them.

    They don't target fat loss from that area. Neither do ab exercises. :+1:

    nope and often those type of products can weaken your core so you end up with totally the opposite look of what you're trying to achieve.

    For the gym no, For that special event where you need to get into that outfit that used to fit... Yeah, they're great.
  • Belts and wraps don’t eliminate the water that makes you fluffy in those areas from your body,, it only pushes it away temporarily.
