I had spinach tamales last time I did Mexican and they weren't too high calorie. They did come smothered in cheese though, but I'm sure you can remedy that.

I'm a salt fiend, so keeping the sodium down for the first time in my life has been tough. And I never seem to get enough protein, so I'll look for ways to get those numbers up. I'm sure it'll be better for me in the long run. Thanks for the advice and encouragement! :D

My clothes are much looser, but this hasn't changed much for the past couple of weeks. I was doing EA Sports Active for my PS3 which was great for switching up exercises, but now I'm in a group that's doing the 30 Day Shred, so I've yet to learn what kind of results I'll get from it. Hopefully it'll help!

I always do pad thai with tofu, but recently I discovered that the green curry at thai restaurants is amazing. I get it with tofu and dump some on a scoop of rice. Filling and amazing, though I don't know much about it nutrition-wise.

I get this super cheap stuff by SciFit called "Econo Whey." It's some of the cheapest out there and I think it's delicious. I get the chocolate marshmallow flavor. BUT! It tastes awful mixed with water. Only drink this one blended with ice and milk.

I did the 3-week challenge, which had me working out 4 days a week, my choice of days. The workouts on the medium difficulty setting were around 18-20 minutes, and on hard between 22-26 minutes.
