March 1st 10 Pound Challenge Week 4 Weigh In & Goals

It's that time again! I hope everyone had a successful week and accomplished all of your goals:) We only have 1 more week left so let's ROCK it! Lets work our BUTTS off and make every single moment count! We can do this, we're almost there! :)

Starting Weight: 173
Week 1 :169
Week 2: 171
Week 3: 169
Week 4: 168

My mini goals this week are to 1: Drink lots and lots of water 2: exercise at least 6 days this week 3: Not one single cheat (we have to make every moment count)

    Starting Weight: 168.4
    Week 1: 168.2
    Week 2: 166.6
    Week 3: 163.4
    Week 4: 162.0

    Hmm....only down by 6.4lbs which means I've somehow to try shift 3.6lbs in the next week. My mini goal or should I say not so mini goal is to shift the 3.6lbs by next week argghhhh! Its gonna be really tough but I think if I put my mind to it its possible.

    SW for challenge (1/25/2011) - 243 lbs

    Weight 1: (2/1/2011) - 238 lbs

    Weight 2: (2/8/11) - 236 lbs

    Weight 3: (2/15/2011) - 229 lbs

    Weight 4 (02/22/2011) - 229 lbs

    I sustained my weight this week. Although, I think I'll have a great weigh in next week! I think my body is playing catch up! I cannot believe there is only one more weigh in left. This month FLEW by!

    My mini goal is to also drink a lot of water and exercise my booty off (literally). :tongue:

    I'm weighing in at 170 this morning, which is gain...but i'm really hoping that is due to TOM and restrictions on working out!!! While I may not meet the 10 lb march, I want to tell everyone GREAT JOB this far! I'll be on vacation next week weigh in!

    SW 175
    Week 1 173...2 pound loss
    Week 2 172...1 pound loss
    Week 3 170...2 pound loss
    Week 4 168...2 pound loss

    7 pound loss so far this challenge :)

    My goals for the week are:
    1. Drink AT LEAST 8 cups of a water a day. I was doing really good but have been slacking lately.
    2. Do some walking EVERYDAY. I usually let it slide on the weekends.
    3. Try to lose the remaining 3 lbs. to meet the challenge goal.

    i am being honest.....that i havent really walked in the last 2wks either!
    so its totally my own fault!

    Altogether since accepting this challenging I've lost 3.8 lbs. Its better than nothing but not what I was hoping.

    its been a bit of a slow start, but im happy to say ive lost weight these past few weeks! this is my first month with MFP and i took on this challenge with the highest of hopes, but i'm not giving up! although i don't expect a 7 lb loss this week, i'm going to be focused and driven. tons and tons of water this week!

  • Well... unfortunately I gained a pound. But i'm not that upset. I worked out only 3 days last week and good ole aunt flo is in town. BUT! The last time aunt flo was here was the week we started this program and I lost 5lbs that week so... i've already worked out an hr. today and plan to at least 3 more times this week. Also started the C25K plan so hope that helps and the Slim Fast to give me a little boost for the week.

  • I know I am late on my post was out of town.

    Starting weight was 207.8
    Week 1 weight was 206.2.
    Week 2 weight was 203.5
    Week 3 weight was 203. 4
    Week 4 weight is 204. 2

    I had a horrible 2 weeks due to being sick and out of town I am definitely going to push this last week.
