  • No, but it is how your body regulates temperature, and I would really like my body to function properly, instead of constantly overheating without a single clue. My face gets extremely red, but when I'm just out walking around in the summer, I can't see that, and I soon get dizzy, and never knew I was getting too hot.

  • These are the things that seem to be working for me: I have set what is called a strategic plan for my fat-loss journey. I'm still working on perfecting it though, I rarely have time, but I've got a lot of the major parts down, just need to put the finishing touches on my action plans. Basically, a strategic plan goes…
  • This is interesting, never heard these before. Does it help someone who barely ever sweats, to sweat more? I've noticed I don't sweat much, and when I do, it's almost exclusively in the face or armpit... no where else. I used to sit in a sauna for 30 minutes and not sweat enough to dampen a paper towel.

  • Odd as it may seem, I get mine at the Maternity store, they fit great and support well. I'm also a 40DD, in some bras... in other I can be a DDD and others I might be a 38... I hate bra shopping, since I apparently am right in the middle of too many sizes, every bra I try on I have to bring in 4 different sizes of. But at…
  • nope, I'd consider that as close to Laurel... here's another hint, 2 of the 4 letters are vowels, the other 2 letters are the same. Yellow: Catherine
  • Yellow: Alaine dhs: Michael and also here's a hint, it starts with the Laur of Laura, but has 4 more letters after it, and neither laraine nore laurel were it or very close, but very good guesses ^_^
  • Lara is a nickname I use, but nope... it's a VERY odd, not seen almost ever name, and even when you see it it's spelled differently. giselle
  • Sheila @Yellow, Laura is close to my name
  • Bridgette and no, but I kinda like the name Tiana...
  • Nope, I have a very odd name, and it is an American name I'm gonna go with... Jonathan
  • not even close, but good try! umm... Kiley
  • thongs prominently shown above the pants line (whale tail)... I DO NOT need to know what crappy underwear choices you make. (I mean seriously? It's a piece of floss for your butt, what is sexy about that?)
  • never knew those had a name... I just thought of them as the ugly dress thing xD
  • Thanks for the info, but I actually no longer have a cell phone, so I would actually have to download the songs and load em onto my old school 8 gig iPod xD >_< At least until my pay from my new job kicks in and I can afford a new cell phone xD
  • Funny thing is, I probably started that trend in my neighborhood, completely on accident. I just had a pair of jeans I loved dearly that got ripped a bit (from my stupid woman thighs rubbing together xD) and I thought, "well what the hay, everyone wears their booty shorts, lemme cut some slits all the way across the…
  • Thanks! I will definitely take a look, I do like Electronica and Dance music, plus if I'm lucky the hubby might already have some of the music in the playlists so I don't have to go a-hunting to get it (I'm a pretty huge stickler about buying my music... usually straight from the artists at their shows if possible xD…
  • I'm partial to the Kushiel's series by Jacqueline Carey, though they can be a bit too graphic for some people, though from what I hear of 50 shades (having never read it) you may not have a problem. Also JPOD by Douglas Coupland is a really fun cute book, that may seem crazy at first, but it's written like a bunch of memos…
  • Jennifer (and never Jenny)
  • I have to agree with the short shorts with the pockets hanging out, uggs, crocs, tights/leggings as pants and saggy pants. and I will raise you those really tight skinny leg pants that end before the ankle and zip up at the ankle... they just look like you couldn't find pants long enough for you. We used to call those…
  • Always been overweight, but not very bad, since about middle school. Then I went to college and dropped a lot of weight being really active and not eating as much (poor college student and all) When I got back home I didn't realize how quickly I was putting the weight back on until I saw a picture somebody took of me at…
  • I hate when there are 2 FREAKING POOLS, one for lap swimming and one for open/family swim, and the open family swim is completely empty and yet there are 5 boys playing catch or monkey in the middle, or whatever the crap they were playing, in the lane next to me in the lap pool. especially when they suck at catching and…
  • Welcome and congrats on taking the first steps to becoming a more healthy and radiant you. Feel free to add me, I'm also looking to lose 100+ lbs, and have been steadily losing it through this site. I offer great support and encouragement and love to keep positive people in my feed. My one main piece of advice... keep your…
  • I'm partial to Qdoba and Jimmy John's when I'm looking for something fast, easy, and somewhat healthy. But of course they both come with high sodium levels, so I dunno if that would be what you're looking for *shrugs*
  • Was it the Decoy Bride? I LOVE that movie, and David Tennant is HILARIOUS in it... of course, David Tennant is Brilliant in everything xD To the person asking about Stardust streaming, unfortunately no, you can only get it through dvd service on Netflix, which sucks cuz it is one of my all time favorite movies As for my…
  • I would absolutely not live in a house with that horrific of an history. I am very aware ghosts and poltergeists do exist, and I know, not every horrific event my leave traces, but I would not want to risk it. I have been to a few people's houses where I saw ghosts, (didn't know before hand that they had them) and then…

  • I swim, so I wash my hair after every swim with shampoo and conditioner, but to keep it from getting too damaged, I use a very moisturizing shampoo, then a very moisturizing conditioner, then i add a small dollop of the same conditioner as a leave-in, and if my hair is still horribly unruly, I'll add a little bit of serum…
