I have to agree with the short shorts with the pockets hanging out, uggs, crocs, tights/leggings as pants and saggy pants.
and I will raise you those really tight skinny leg pants that end before the ankle and zip up at the ankle... they just look like you couldn't find pants long enough for you. We used to call those floods... or at least my mom did xD
Also... the heels with no heels kinda bug me, but only in the "how-the-hell-does-that-WORK?" way

Funny thing is, I probably started that trend in my neighborhood, completely on accident. I just had a pair of jeans I loved dearly that got ripped a bit (from my stupid woman thighs rubbing together xD) and I thought, "well what the hay, everyone wears their booty shorts, lemme cut some slits all the way across the backside of these jeans and make it a fashion statement."jeans that have tears right under the *kitten* cheeks got really popular around here, it is tacky.
Since I made sure my *kitten* never ACTUALLY hung out of them, my mom didn't seem to care, and she's very conservative about what we wear. Plus I often wore tights or shorts or something under them...

I saw a guy last weekend who was sagging his shorts and he was either also sagging his boxers, or wasn't wearing any because you could see the top of, well, y'know, in the front... I just so happened to be looking down when he decided to stand right in my view *shudder*0 -
