same here. had my success story several years ago when I went down from 205 to 156. Now I'm back to 180+ and I need to lose all of it before the year ends :) Let's do this!!!!

I've been on MFP for as long as I can remember, but every time I try to start up again I end up quitting for really random reasons. Hopefully I'll stick to it this time. Add me please! I'll be your motivational penguin :D

Happened to me. A pound of fat takes more space than a pound of muscle, though they're the same weight. You're losing fat, but it's being replaced by muscle. And if you're gaining muscle now [which burns even more fat], weight loss wouldn't be too far behind. Hang in there.

i am probably going to go over my goal by 3000 tonight. I will stare long and hard at those numbers, write a note at the bottom of my food diary to remind me why i overate today, insert an obscene word or two, and move on.

same thing here. I can't possibly lower my calories further, as I already feel extremely deprived with the 1200 calorie limit that I have. i tried an all fruit diet, eating two oranges, a banana, practically half a watermelon [the weight on the package is more than 1kg... seriously.] and another half of large papaya…
