I was in Atkins induction for 3 months a year ago. I was 165lbs. I exercised very little - walked my dog, calisthenics, ab lounge. By the time the 3 months was up, I was 130lbs and had dropped 4 pant sizes. But I love carbs, I just couldn't do it.

Yeah I've just recently stopped eating canned soup because of the sodium content. You could always look at the grocery store for the reduced sodium canned soups. Oh, and here's this article: http://www.livestrong.com/article/318996-how-to-lower-the-sodium-content-of-canned-soup/

Every time I stop eating carbs like bread, rice, and pastas, I lose weight almost effortlessly. Last year 30lbs in two months doing a modified version of Atkins and walking an hour a day. And when I just try to cut down on carbs for a few weeks I easily lose 5-10lbs. But I understand, I totally love carbs. They're my crave…
