trying to drop 5 more pounds

I am at maintenance and decided I would like to drop 5 more pounds. Thinking about cutting out bread,rice and potatoes. What do you think. Guess I am impatient. Or maybe not have these late in the day.

Every time I stop eating carbs like bread, rice, and pastas, I lose weight almost effortlessly. Last year 30lbs in two months doing a modified version of Atkins and walking an hour a day. And when I just try to cut down on carbs for a few weeks I easily lose 5-10lbs.
But I understand, I totally love carbs. They're my crave food and I can't live without them.0
