  • Good for you! Keeping active makes you feel so much better doesn't it?! It's crazy how it works! Therapy is going well. It's tough some days (like today!) but I'm getting through it! Can't wait to be close to normal again!
  • Stress is always a pain in the rear. It causes so many issues in our lives. I hope that this time of stress for you is just a phase and soon you will be a little bit more relaxed so you can enjoy things. Just keep at it and don't get discouraged. You will get through it!

  • Thank goodness Im not the only one! I ate smaller amounts of things, but what I ate was sooo bad and made me sick to my stomach! No fun :( Just means we all have to work harder this week!
