This is a useful thread. I have to log all my fruit intake as it's my favourite food group. In fact my diet pal and my other half say I eat too much fruit because of the sugars so I'm trying to cut it down a little. But it is good for you! It's a balance. But yes, log it. Log everything. And maybe stop being so defensive?…

15.25" at my current 140 and they remain pretty large, even when I was a tiny 120! I used to hate them but I don't care now. I hate shopping for boots though..

I have the same issue, not possible to make them much smaller without starving yourself and that's no fun! I'm just working on toning the booty so I'd recommend going for that. Squats!!

Vote for nike training club I'm obsessed with them... You're better to have Dumbells, medicine ball and yoga mat for them.

Nike training club! It's a free app and they're 15-45 minute intense circuit workouts. You're better having Dumbells, yoga Mat and a medicine ball but there are quite a few that require no equipment.

Just signed up, bought my Dumbells, skipping rope and resistance band to do the workouts! Do you think a medicine ball and box are necessary too? I'm excited!

I have been eating back my exercise calories, is that bad? So on a run day I might burn say 400 cals but you think I should still eat say 1600 coming in at a net of 1200? One of the things that motivates me to exercise is that it means I win back calories for dinner! I eat *loads* in the morning so often only have 200 cals…

Thanks that's really helpful. Definitely following a calorie deficit - my TDEE is 2000 and taking in a net of 1500 at the moment. I would quite like a toned look (like Tracey Anderson / Gwyneth) and wondered whether this was possible without weights..

I'm 5'8.5", currently 145, aiming for 135. Small frame. I've been as low as 114 or so but looked ill! I looked best at 130-135.

I'm using sworkit and runtastic apps... It's like having a personal trainer at home!

I've been running on and off for years and still run a 12 minute mile (admittedly often uphill)- but even on the flat I struggle to get much above that and I consider myself reasonably fit. I can trek for days. I've always been a slow runner! I've never done interval training and I expect that would help, but I just do my…

I'm using it, currently doing the 10 day challenge. Not super impressed so far but we'll see, I like that it syncs to MFP!

Hi! I'm 5'8.5" - currently 141, aiming for 134 but might go lower eventually. A long time ago I was 112 but it was near impossible to maintain and I looked too thin, if I had a magic wand I'd probably go for 125ish!

Age: 28 Gender: Female Height: 5'8.5" Frame: small/medium Highest: 155 lbs Current: 141 lbs. Lowest: 112 lbs. (was not eating at all and too thin!) Goal: 134 lbs. (for now!)

I'm 5'8.5", CW 141, looking to get down to 134 then re-evaluate. Might aim for 125 eventually but we'll see...
