Just sent friend requests to three people in here who to appear to still use MFP regularly.

Join the Facebook group , “The Kidney Stone Prevention Diet”. You will learn everything you’ll ever need to prevent stones.

Yes, it's run through an app with Daily Tasks to complete related to food, exercise, sleep, play, stress, etc. Sorry you all find this amusing. A lot of people find it very helpful. Clearly I should not have shared the info.

49.... close enough? Also a cat lover and mom.

I've been on it for about 18 months, have lost 35 pounds.

Thanks, Eve. Sent you a request.

The above post is all true. In addition, the main issue in the US is that most people's Omega3 to Omega6 intake is way out of whack. An average person who is not paying attention to the oil issues mentioned above, gets up to 20 times more Omega6 than Omega3 and that's highly inflammatory. Ideally, your 3's would be more…

Take some probiotics if you don't already.

48 year old Mom here.... :)

120 is a lot. I really doubt you need that much.

Increasing fat and protein, decreasing carbs, will reduce cravings.

A year and a half

Those are awesome. HDL went up. Triglycerides went down. That's exactly what is supposed to happen.
-
Agree. Decrease fat, increase protein.

I do 15% total carbs...which for me ends up around 50grams
-
15% is perfectly fine. People repeatedly state that you should only eat 20 carbs and it's simply not true.
-
Your diet looks to be like 75% carbohydrates. Those convert to sugar which gets processed quickly. It's no surprise that you're waking up hungry. I would ditch some of the carbs, aim for better protein and healthy fats. Eggs and avocado for breakfast would be an excellent choice. If you go to my profile and scroll down…

48 years old... feel free to add me if you like.

Lots of thoughts here. 1. Excessive exercise (5 days, 1 hour each) causes an increase in Cortisol production, which leads to fat storage. 2. 1,200 calories is way too low for your size, especially considering the amount of exercise you do. 3. The Pizza...if it's one slice, fine, if it's 3-4 then yes, that's a problem. 4.…

I'm Low-Carb/Primal/Mostly Keto.... lol....add me if you like.

Mine is set at 15%, which equates to 51 carbs for me.
-
You can manually change your macros in MFP. I would try your consultants advice in all honesty.
-
I'm Primal (a close cousin that includes dairy), feel free to add me if you like. Have been living this way for about 20 months.

Settings ... Sharing and Privacy ...Diary Sharing....gives you options.

My diary is open. However, I follow a low carb Primal lifestyle, so I would only follow if that is something that interests you. :)

Agree. I've heard great success stories with the C25K app. Do you currently run or are you starting at ground zero?

Your cycle can have a big impact. Most women gain anywhere from 2-5 pounds this time of the month. Could be other factors as well though.
