Ugh had a work function and binged on fruit and cheesy crab dip and wine. Ugh. Look at my diary and please help me. Why aren’t I losing these last few lbs?? I just want my tummy to stop jiggling!

Log your binge and move on. It takes a lot of patience and strict logging to lose the last few lbs. There is a "you want a flat stomach" thread somewhere on here, and I suggest you check it out.

    Your diary is private.

Don't freak out when you start weight lifting and gain a pound or two. Early on, it's not muscle weight gain but water retention. Your body needs more water to repair your muscles overnight after a workout, so be sure to start drinking more water. Also, if you drink more water during the day, you might be able to curb your appetite.

No big deal on the workplace overeating. That happens. Just log your intake, and start over again tomorrow.

I over ate today too. My stomach hurt so much after that I only did half my scheduled work out. O well, it’s one day in the grand scheme of things and won’t matter unless I make it a pattern.

So we are in the same boat. Last few lbs to go and had a rough day. Tomorrow we will both do better. Deal?

Log it honestly and move forward. Dont feel guilty, we are human and indulge. One or two days in the scheme of things wont make your efforts this far mean nothing. Keep going no matter what. Log honestly and try to use a food scale. You've got this :)

You only went over by less than 300 calories? If your logging is accurate, that is a fraction of a pound difference and the deficit on the other days will make up for that. Just log it and move on!

I did look at your diary. Are you weighing your food on a food scale? If you are not then your diary is not going to be as accurate and if you don't have a lot to lose, can make or break the weight loss.

    I noticed a few things:
    * Some things are recorded in grams and others in ounces. Weighing foods in grams is going to give you a more accurate count of calories.
    * All of your avocado is 30 g. Are you weighing that? Is that prepackaged? Weigh even prepackaged foods - they are legally able to have up to a 20% discrepancy in packaging labeling.

I weigh everything! Will start with grams instead of ounces tho.

Weight lifting isn't a go-to for calorie burn, it's more about restructuring.
