I loved it. It was different from "Biggest Loser" because of the way they did things. People need to know how to eat in the real world without trainers, dieticians, and constant support because that is what reality is like.

I'm a stay at home mom. I love being able to stay home with our daughter, and it's the most important job in the world to me.

I have a water bottle that holds 24 oz. I take it with me everywhere, and I drink 100+ oz of water a day. Sometimes when I get tired of plain water, I use Crystal Light. Great Value (Wal-Mart) makes a cherry limeaide one, and I love it.
