Hi! Welcome! This is my second time here, the first time I reached my goal and it was fantastic! Then we moved house, I lost track a bit so now i'm back on to maintain my weight so I don't go off track! Good luck and enjoy! MFP is so good for motivation and has lots of lovely people on here too :)

try the 10 minute solution dvd's, there are two belly ones, tummy toners and belly blasters, i love them both and they have 5 10 min workouts that target different aspects of tummy toning :) Uses yoga, pilates, crunches, twists, cardio and lots of ways to taregt the lower, mid and side abs.

goodluck! it is a great way to monitor what you are eating. You quickly learn which foods contain huge amounts of calories and its a great motivation to avoid these foods to avoid seeing all the red minus's in the food diary! lol

Which meals do you tend to get the fast foods with? Is it dinners? You can get good weight watchers meals for a fraction of the calories, still quick to make with much fewer calories. Also try to start the day with a good healthy breakfast. I guess the patterns are whats hard to change but once you identify which meals are…

oh god poor you! try and make sure you give your muscles time to recover. I started exercising properly for first time in my life last september and every time i did something from boxing, aerobics, tummy crunches, wii games etc i hurt like hell the day after. Now i can do exercise with very minimal soreness day after.…

i think you are def right to limit how often you weigh yourself, although i know it can be too tempting. Try to do it once or twice a week and always at the same time of day as it is normal to fluctuate a few pounds each day. Also take into account if you are feeling bloated that you may go up but don't beat yourself up…

hang in there, its perfectly normal to get these kicks as your body adjusts to your new regime. I find doing some exercise stops me snacking, one it distracts you, two it helps you towards your weight loss gain, and three once you've exercises you really don't want to waste the energy you spent on exercising by eating…
