  • Thats my plan! its open 24hours and the website has a gym usage chart so I can see when its likely to be quieter. I went at one of the times its meant to be quieter today but it was still packed! I'll just go super early.

  • Sarah, I asked the PT that showed me around but he told me that 'girls don't lift' and I should use the treadmill. I'll scope out another PT who looks like they know what they're talking about.. Thanks for your replies!

  • thanks for your input! i have been walking everyday but it just doesnt feel like i'm doing enough. but you're right, i should give myself time to heal, so i'll just have to try and be more patient until i see the surgeon again.
