Fitness sugar on YouTube is awesome!

Weighing your water...that is something I have never heard of on here. I hope this doesn’t come across as judgey but I think you have a slight obsession. I wish you luck.

This is what I do when this happens...don't step on the scale just yet. Get back to eating right and drink lots of water. Chances are that you consumed lots of sodium if you feel bloated. Step back on the scale after a week of this detox. I feel that if you step on now, you will just get discouraged.

Coupled with a good diet then yes, you can lose weight by just walking. I lost weight without walking and just diet alone so it can be done. With toning, you may want to incorporate some weights or try some HIIT workouts, yoga, pilates, etc.

Can everyone please add me too!?
-
30 min brisk walk during lunchtime. Will do a 30 hiit workout tonight as well as a 10 mini strength workout
-
Try fitness blender on YouTube

wow that dcrainmaker website is legit! and thank you everyone!

I wouldn't say that those 5 months were a waste of time. Even if you weren't seeing results, you were working out and eating healthy which is never a waste of time. Don't be so hard on yourself :)

try prune juice and lots of water. fiber will make you really constipated unless you follow up with water

I just hate bringing my phone with me on walks. I'd rather just have the watch. The Garmin Vivofit has everything I want, an HRM, an activity tracker, calcs distance, ....however the reviews aren't the best. JD have you experienced any issues with it? So there's a GPS in it as well?
-
Thank you all for your input! I tend to get lost in customer reviews, which is annoying. I wish I could just create my own! Each and everyone has pros and cons.
-
Well OP, I was just trying to explain to you what I think. I'm not telling you what to do. No need to get snippy. Also, if you are such the data analyst, you would have known that no one could possibly answer this correctly as there are so many different factors here. Have a wonderful day :)

I wish this were true but I highly doubt it. Put it this way...I wouldn't log it onto MFP and eat back the calories :)
-
and...Panera bread posts all of their food calories on their menu boards so it makes ordering super easy
-
I just had Panera Bread today - The pick two broccoli cheddar soup and the bbq chicken salad come out to 440 calories :)
-
I would recommend eating meals instead of protein shakes.
-
I recommend buying a heart rate monitor if you're going to incorporate walking into your exercise regimen, only because MFP tends to overestimate the actual calories burned. the last thing you'd want is to think you're burning 200 calories when you're only burning 100. That's when people eat back too many calories.

Update- I got through 25 minutes of it two days ago, I had to stop because I felt sick. I haven't been able to work out since because I am so sore! This is a good thing though because its obvious that my muscles need a work out. Will get back into it once my muscles feel better. :)

who are these people that are pointing out how much weight you've gained??? that's not nice. im sure that doesn't help the situation.
-
jeremiah weed (sweet tea vodka) mixed with water. its awesome!
-
everytime that I dread going on the elliptical, I take my dog for a walk around the block. it gets my heart pumping and gives me enough energy to keep going. as soon as I come in from that walk im ready to work out. you can do it!
-
remove the carpet altogether. carpet in a bathroom???
-
I was told that you're probably putting too much weight on your toes and not enough on your heel. when my feet start to fall asleep I shift my weight and it does help a little bit.
-
electronica/dance because it makes me feel like im partying lol and it keeps my tempo up
-
LOL I read this yesterday. terrible article!!!!!!!!!!
-
Now I'm really excited to try it out. I am going to try to do it today after work. Expect an update :)
-
I think your goal is absolutely doable, however, sometimes you need to give your body a rest from working out. If you don't then you will really fall off the wagon. Not resting leads to fatigue, muscle fatigue, etc. What I'm saying is, is that its ok to want to try to work out everyday for 60 days straight but please don't…
-
that is music to my ears. im so doing this tomorrow! thanks guys! :)

That's awesome to hear! Did you use 3lb weights or anything heavier? And how often did you do it a week?
