So, I was on youtube today and looking at this dvd. Anyone have success with it? I got a knee injury from 30 day shred because of the jumping around but this looks easier on the joints but really hard. Success can be measured in weight loss/muscle, endurance, anything. MFP's Sodium Intake Goal Too High
For my weight loss goal, MFP has my calories set at 1200 and my sodium at 2500. Does anyone else think this is a wee bit high? I easily surpassed this yesterday, however I'm not sure I agree with this goal from a healthy side. Anyone else have thoughts?

MFP is not properly keeping track of my lbs lost
Hello! I've been using MFP for about a month and a half, and since my original weigh-in, I've lost 4 lbs. When I run reports it does show that I've lost but when I click on My Home it shows that 0 lbs were lost and my tracker that gets published with my message board comments is showing 0 as well. What gives?

Can't Seem To Lose It :( - At 142.6lbs
