    Yesterday went to the gym and lifted weights for about 15 min. And then did intervals on the elliptical for 15 min. I also watered all my plants and walked with my son to the park so I got a lot of steps lol

    Yesterday - paddling kayak a couple of miles while fishing early AM. Middle of the day - loading a trailer and hauling it to the dump and unloading there. Lots of heavy items I had to carry 10 or 20 yards on each end. Late afternoon to early evening - paddle 9'9" inflatable SUP (construction and length is relevant because it doesn't track or glide well) almost 7 miles. You don't have to go to the gym.

    Today - sit back and let my kids make me stuff (including a key lime pie) :)

    Tomorrow - walk about 4 miles + 2 miles per slice of pie...

    deck of cards work out.
    Diamonds = pushups
    Hearts = situps
    Spades = arm curls
    Clubs = shoulder press

    At the end was 105 reps of each!

    Oh my gosh I love this idea!!!

    Swimming. At least 4 miles. (6468m in 22m pool in Shanghai makes for a weird distance total)
