I would like to join too! I would like to lose at least 50 pounds by 1/24/2015.

Start weight - 268.8 - May 10, 2013 (My weight may have been a little higher...I did not weigh for the first week or so) Current weight - 221 Goal weight - Between 160 and 145ish 47 pounds lost.....so far! Photobucket is being stupid! For some reason I can't make that second picture smaller. Sorry....

Thank you all! It is a process, but I WILL, one day, get to my goal! :smile: The first 42 pounds have been shed since May of this year. I really can't wait to see where I am come December! December is my first actual goal month! I would like to be down about 60 more pounds. But, we'll see......

All 200 DONE!!! I lost 1 3/4 in. from my thigh, and 3 in. from my hips! :love: As far as "seeing" a difference. Well, I don't really look at my butt, but my husband says it is narrower and getting a "bubble". lol! I guess that "bubble" is a good thing. My legs definitely feel stronger too! I think I am going to keep…

I sure did! Both in length and width. I have gone from an 8 to a 7.5 in most shoes.

I will be doing either 30 day shred or ripped in 30. I bought ripped in 30 a couple weeks back then was told that it might be best to do 30 day shred to work up to ripped in 30. lol! Sounds like I might be getting my butt kicked if I try the ripped in 30 first!

I plan on starting 30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30. Looks like people get great results for those two DVDs. Just hope they don't kill me! lol!

Yay! Congrats! I sort of became soda free by accident. We went on a cruise in May of 2012, and I refused to pay what they wanted for them.....so, I went from there. I have been soda free for over a year. If I do happen to have one now, I think of it as a treat!

Yep....in Austin here. Grew up in Baton Rouge. I can cook the LA favorites, but don't try to go to a restaurant and get anything that comes close to cajun cooking. :noway: That is what I miss most about not living there anymore.

Our teenage sons are eating healthy with us! Not that they had any weight to drop, because they didn't, but because it is a healthy way of life. They do get the occasional "treat" per say, but it is only like twice a month. Sure they complained at first, but now, three months in, and they are doing great! :)
