You have to create more of a caloric deficit. People who weigh more can eat 2,000+ calories and still drop weight very fast. This is something I did when I was diagnosed with an eating disorder. This is not normal dieting, and you will gain back all your weight plus more when you start eating normally again.

As she said, someone who is in ED recovery. When I was hospitalized for mine, I had one as part of my treatment team and spoke to her one or more times a day.
