  • Those are brilliant pictures - I've never experienced snow like that, we did well a month ago to have 10" of snow, LOL.   • Walking in heels makes the balls of my feet burn..............not nice
  • Personally, I find walking in heels more difficult than flats. It's the balance. I stand up straighter, and engage my core muscles to try and keep my balance. You can tell I've thought about this :D I always a greater difficulty = more calories burned. Don't think it would be many though.

  • Danone Activia. I could eat that as a posh dessert, it's lovely, esp cranberry and fig flavours Used to do Muller Light but they are very sweet and not very creamy.
