I've had a pain under the arch of my foot which felt like it was bruised when I over did it at one point. It was the first time I had moved from running 5k to 10k. Took a couple of weeks to heal before I could go running again.

Bizarre. I had the exact same thing happen to me 2 weeks away from the end. Not sure if it was a certain exercise that I wasn't doing properly. I thought it might have been the side push ups.

Can't say I've seen one "OMG HORSE!!" post in this thread unless I've missed one? Having said that, there's nothing wrong with anyone posting that. Because YOU find horse meat tasty doesn't mean everyone does. I might not like pork (I do like pork). Because others find it tasty, doesn't mean I want it subbed in my chicken…

A heavy bag's a heavy bag tbh. 60 lbs would be a good weight. If you can, I'd suggest finding your nearest 'no thrills' boxing gym and joining up. It's great fun and a really great way to stay fit. Burns soooo many calories. If not, at least ask for their advice.

Thanks for the feedback. While i don't think it will benefit me as much as others, it does taste good and doesn't really affect my goals for the day.

I'm using "Whole Earth - Crunchy Organic Peanut Butter" with no added sugar. The general consensus seems to be a source for protein so I guess it's just a case of preference over other protein sources.

The gravity surface is less on Mars than that of Earth which would cause muscles to atrophy quickly. Martians (for lack of a better word) would be weak and frail.
