Training Playlists

What do you listen to when you train?

You have a killer of a training session ahead of you.
You're tired, you feel weak and the last thing you want to do now is break a sweat.
What's the song that'll change your mind?
Let's submit 2 songs each and come up with our ultimate work out play-lists.
I want 1 for strength training and 1 for cardio.

I'll start.
Weights / Strength Training: AC/DC - War Machine
Cardio: Led Zeppelin - The Immigrant Song

Some crackers in there so far. Shipping Up To Boston is a belter.
But the Dropkick Murphy's really fall under the category of " Drinking Tunes " for me.
Baba O'Reilly is excellent when out for a run.

re:drop kick murpheys,I love the intro to that one. I know what you mean though.
they have a really funny Christmas song. "If you think your family is crazy, you should meet mine."

What does that mean when you say crackers? duds?

re:baba o reilly, thanks, I love that song, but never knew what it was called.

A cracker is the opposite of a dud.
Belfast slang for something being really good.
If something is really good it is "Cracker" or can also be described as " A Cracker "
