  • I personally have not done the Insanity workouts. I have heard from friends that it is very intense. I have done various Jillian Michaels videos and they are intense as well, maybe not to the point of Insanity, I don't know. But here's my thinking...try it. The chances of you being able to do it just like the video may be…
  • You look wonderful!! Congratulations to you and keep up the good work. "when we climb a mountain, it isn't the mountain we conquer, but ourselves' Keep believing in yourself and you'll do great.
  • You are looking awesome! I don't even know you but I'm proud of you. I love to read stories, especially from those that are young and have struggled with their weight, about when you finally decide to do something for yourselves. This is something that will help you in the long run to lead a healthy life and to feel better…
  • Mio Water Enhancer The Gimmick: Water is the healthiest beverage on earth, but according to Kraft Foods, it's "like a yawn in a glass." Enter their new product Mio, brightly colored, artificially flavored concentrate that "enhances" your perfectly healthy glass of H20. In addition to petroleum-based food dyes linked to…

  • These pancakes sound great. At Christmas I make Pumpkin chocolate chip muffins and this instantly reminde of these.
  • You look great!! Good for you on keeping it up. I, too, have been told a fitness junkie since starting my journey 14 months ago. I wish you continued success in all areas of your life.
  • Keep doing what you're doing. You are doing great. The old saying, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it" applies to you. I personally don't understand why any 'dr' would advise you taking something to lose weight. I agree with the other post that there is something about doing it on your own, no chemicals, no pills, to reach…
  • Wow. You, my dear, are a true inspiration. I admire you for not going the surgery route and keeping up with all the hard work involved in getting to a new and inspiring you. God Bless.

  • I, too, felt I was losing my hair and I asked my hairdresser about it. She said most people when dieting will lose hair. It's normal, and it's just a way of your body responding to the changes that are occuring. (I have lost 40 lbs since January). She said not to stress about it and she also said what another responder…
  • I do that every month. My gain is also 1.5 to 2.2 pounds usually about 3 days before I start. Then, about a week after that, I lose it and sometimes a little more. I have a good 2 1/2 weeks of losing, then bam! I never realized it either, but I'm glad it comes right off.
  • I watched a news show the other and Dr. Ozs' daughter (I think) wasn't pleased with the Skinny Cow. She said there was too much stuff in it that we didn't need. (like a lot of other foods, right?) Anyway, here are a few options you may like::smile: Homemade smoothie pops. Blend up your favorite smoothie combination and…
  • Although I don't know alot of about the HCG Diet, I do know that 500 calories is way too low. If you are not active at all, 500 calories is not going to substain you in a given day. And if you are active or you are exercising, those 500 calories are not enough. 10 pounds in 15 days is good, I'll give you that, but at what…
