You can do it. Last year I had lost 50 lbs and then things went South. I gained 35 lbs back. I decided I needed to try something different ans started here. It has really worked great. I've lost the 35 plus 6 more, so I know it works with support and you have support here. I'm here everyday, you can add me.

I eat what I want, just in smaller quanities. So I don't have any good/bad foods, I just eat what I like. I only drink water, iced tea, but I have always done that.

I weight some things before, but most of it I weight after cooking. Especially if making soups or stews, veggies

I'm suppose to have 34 grams a day, I usually go over by 11-20 grams. I need to watch my sugar intake as I have diabetes. But it seems like 34 grams a day is low. But what do I know.

Thank you both, I did just buy a decent pedometer that counts steps, distance and calories, It says that you should try for 10,000 steps. Seems like a lot.

Hi, I joined on September 2013. I haven't try this before but used something similar and I quit it and gain a lot of weight back and thought I would try MyFitness Pal and is is working great.
