feeling discouraged about eating "bad" foods

so when i started my weightloss back in late August, i ate mostly "clean" foods and only water to drink. for the past month or so, ive started drinking diet pepsi and having more junk or so. I havent gained weight or nothing and i usually consume between 1300-1500, but for some reason i feel guilty. Am i the only one feeling this way?

Don't feel guilty about enjoying a little of what you think tastes good. Try to limit how much and it will work itself out, unless you are looking to be a fitness model or professional athlete? I don't always eat super clean (I have kids so pizza happens), and I enjoy an alcoholic drink when I want. I just make sure to make MOST of my diet pretty clean. Oh, and I do have a Dr Pepper when the craving is strong lol0

Labeling foods "good" or "bad" is a mistake. It can backfire and MIGHT lead to disaster....0

I drink 3-4 cans of diet pop every day.
I don't eat clean.
I have never been healthier or stronger.

I eat whatever I want as long as it fits into my day.0

I eat what I want, just in smaller quanities. So I don't have any good/bad foods, I just eat what I like. I only drink water, iced tea, but I have always done that.0
