feeling discouraged about eating "bad" foods

so when i started my weightloss back in late August, i ate mostly "clean" foods and only water to drink. for the past month or so, ive started drinking diet pepsi and having more junk or so. I havent gained weight or nothing and i usually consume between 1300-1500, but for some reason i feel guilty. Am i the only one feeling this way?
