You can drink alot of water but maybe your linfatic system isn't working propely! Search for horse-chestnut/conker tree , i use caps.

if you aren't pregnant and if you don't use an pill for birth control, you need to see the doctor. I have that problem long years ago. Maybe you will need to take pill for birth control.

Thank you for all your comments. I'm not asking for a miracule pill, just asking that things can help with food and exercise, for exemple like chromium picolinate that helps in sugar levels. Yes, i try to see what i can eat in a day to increase my protein levels. Because in the day i try a little hard i eat around 60/70g .

Thank you. I'm using MFP and i did notify that i'm eating very little of protein a day, sometimes 25gr, 35gr, 37gr, and supossly my goal is 150gr day!

Oh ok. Thank you . A friend did tell me that i can't drink milk after workout because of some lactic substance that body produce after workout and with milk thats wasn't good. I was thinking drink milk with coffe before exercise, and after exercise maybe i will start to eat protein whey pancake or some sandwich with cheese…

You're doing fantastic! In this 7 days i just did walk sometimes 30minutes, others a little more, just do it without feeling stressfull to count the minutes. I will try to do some aerobic and strength too!
