  • It's a lot less hard on knees and joints more broadly than trying to jog, especially at my weight. I focus more on weights but I do try to get 30 min of cardio in twice per week.

  • I've been on a bunch of SSRIs, Lexapro being the latest. I never really noticed any appetite change due to any.   • Thank you, all, for all the comments! I guess subjective self-assessment will be a problem like that. Hopefully I might get a better sense of what did or did not happen by talking to people who haven't seen me in a few months.
