  • I love the elliptical!! I put on music I love to dance to (which is usually latin music LoL) and go to town! have you tried doing it in reverse? that's a killer but it feels so good afterwards and doing the ellipitcal I have seen a huge difference in my legs. Keep it up girl you're doing wonderful :smile:

  • eliminating carbs is very hard!! I tried it before, good luck :smooched:
  • B vitamins are a big help, if your mulit vitamin doens't have enough try using a b12 supplement along with it, protein shakes/bars, and def change what you eat. If you are eating heavy meals with a lot of fat that can make you sluggish as well. I noticed that before. Also just try doing some jumping jacks or a brisk walk…
  • I started adding cleaning along with the normal excercises from the gym.....really wish I could add what I walk in a day at work tho LoL I look at it as it all counts, it's just up to you if you want to log everything like that or not. :flowerforyou:

  • It's all a state of mind.........You feel good about the way you look and you look great, so who cares what other people think. I don't know you on a personal basis but you have been my friend for some time on MFP and I wouldn't take you to be stuck up or be the type of person to let what others think about what you wear…

  • I haven't had problems with fruits and veggies, just corn LoL and the high fatty foods seem to pass thru a little quicker but so far no major problems. I think the protein is my problem too, I don't eat enough and I try to eat protein bars once in a while but it's not the same

  • I never ate my calories I burned at the gym, some people say you are supposed to but I don't like to over stuff myself so I eat what I can. I think you are doing fine and it also kinda makes up for those guilty days if you're not eating back all your burned calories.

  • In my opinion binge eating is a mental thing, try thinking about what you are about to put into your mouth and what it will do to your body and if you actually are even hungry. Also try to plan your meals ahead of time. It takes time to get used to it but it helps tremendously!! I think logging my food on here helps me see…
  • I cut back on carbs and lowered my fat intake and I eat a bunch of small "meals" a day to keep my metabolism working properly...........

  • I am a compulsive eater, but I know my weaknesses and I don't bring that food into the house. If and when I do, I make sure it is small portions, enough for one sitting and that's it.
