Motivating others............
I see the people at my job more then anyone else in my life. Of course they see the changes in my body and one lady inparticular keeps commenting on how different I look. She asked me one night after work if I have any tips for things she can do at home to workout. I told her a few things to do that are easy on your body…

My NSV............=)
For the longest time I had problems keeping my purse on my shoulder or my bra straps slipping down, not anymore!! After doing lots of strength training, I HAVE SHOULDERS!! LoL I know it sounds dumb to some people but it's an awesome accomplishment for me, I just wanted to share :flowerforyou:

Toning up arms, abs and inner thighs..............HELP !!!
Hey guys I have been on MFP since the end of January and I have been doind lots of cardio and some weights. I am looking for ideas to add to my workout to help tone up my problem areas...........arms, abs and inner thighs, any and all ideas will be greatly appreciated. I need some moral support!!! Fast!!
I was on a low fat diet for a while because I had issues with gall stones and had surgery. I continued the low fat diet for a while but the doctor said to try the foods I used to eat to see how they affect my body. So I did. Now I can't stop eating the high fat foods and crave them like before. I need moral support to help…

As of yesterday my goal for excercise was 240 min total and 1670 calories burned..............I have 170 min total and 2290 calories burned. Yay my mission is complete, I cut off 70 minutes of workout time and burned more calories then my goal was =)

Need your input............
I am looking for suggestions on how to maintain my weight once I reach my goal (15 lbs. to go :bigsmile: ) I currently go to the gym and want to lose that last 15 and that's it, just tone up after that. I am afraid that I have been eating so differently to lose weight that I will continue to lose and I don't want…

protein bars............
Are there any protein bars out there that actually taste good?!? I don't eat enough through out the day and would like to try protein bars.......any suggestions? :huh:

any ideas for a substitute for mayo in tuna fish sandwich?!?
I like to make tuna fish sandwiches for work they are easy and don't take much to make. The only problem I have is I like hellman's mayo and it is loaded with fat.......any suggestions of what actually tastes good that I could use instead of hellman's?!? Thank you in advance =)

New to MFP
Hi I'm new to MFP and looking for motivation and new ideas. I started going to the gym almost 3 months ago and so far have had success.
