Toning up arms, abs and inner thighs..............HELP !!!

Hey guys I have been on MFP since the end of January and I have been doind lots of cardio and some weights. I am looking for ideas to add to my workout to help tone up my problem areas...........arms, abs and inner thighs, any and all ideas will be greatly appreciated.
